City Grove Townhomes

LOCATION:  North Little Rock, Arkansas

Situated in the heart of the Argenta District of North Little Rock, City Grove Townhomes rests on three city blocks within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues, and public transportation. Upon completion, 57 individual townhome units will make up this neighborhood development. Amenities will include a community art park, landscaped plazas and sidewalks, and ample off street parking. The first phase, completed in the fall of 2009, included 14 units, with improved sidewalks, drainage and lighting throughout. City Grove Townhomes is registered for certification under LEED Neighborhood Development and each unit is registered for certification of LEED for Homes. Crafton Tull provided surveying and civil engineering services for the project which included re-platting of the property, site planning and layout, new utility service extensions, access walk layout, and public street improvements. City Grove Townhomes has shown to play a significant role in the renewed visions for Argenta and the City of North Little Rock.
