The Links at Fayetteville

LOCATION:  Fayetteville, Arkansas

Crafton Tull has a long working relationship with Lindsey Management, the owner of the Links. We have developed site and civil plans for their projects across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. One of the more complex Links projects was the Links at Fayetteville, a 150-acre Planned Zoning District which required a master plan. The Links included 1200 residential units, a public square, parks, and a 9-hole golf course. A team of our landscape architects and engineers working with the owner’s architect put together a plan that was attractive to the City of Fayetteville and nearby residents.
