Acxiom River Market

LOCATION:  Little Rock, Arkansas

Crafton Tull provided structural engineering services for this state-of-the-art project. The Acxiom corporate tower has 12 stories and covers 171,000 square feet at a cost of $25 million. Included in the design was a 600 space parking deck within the lower five levels of the tower. The sixth level of the parking deck has an open design which allowed for the creation of a terrace, complete with a park-like setting. An employee of Crafton Tull also provided landscape design services for the project prior to joining our firm. In addition to traditional landscape and lighting elements, the design included a park area, walking trail, volleyball courts and an amphitheater to provide employees with on-site recreational opportunities.
